OCFA published a new Table of Frequency Allocations
In January 2021, Hong Kong's Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) published a new Table of Frequency Allocations which replaces the version from April 2020.
The plan complies with the Region 3 allocations under the Radio Regulations which are applicable to Hong Kong, the allocations which have been adopted by Hong Kong, as well as the band plans in use in Hong Kong.
The detailed changes which emerge from this regulation can be found on the OFCA website:
OFCA assigned 24-28 GHz bands
Hong Kong’s Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) of Hong Kong has assigned 24-28 GHz bands to mobile operators.
There are two standards:
Type Acceptance Criteria for 5G New Radio Base Station Equipment operating in the 24.25 - 28.35 GHz Band
Type Acceptance Criteria for 5G New Radio User Equipment operating in the 24.25 - 28.35 GHz Band.
New radio user equipment must fulfill:
Electrical Safety Requirements pursuant to HKCA 2001 “Compliance Test Specification – Safety and Electrical Protection Requirements for Subscriber Telecommunications Equipment”.
Radio Frequency Safety Requirements applicable to public pursuant to Title 47, Chapter 1, Part 30, Subpart С, Section 30.207 of Code of Federal Regulations of USA.
Operating Frequencies are as follows:
Transmitting: 24.25 – 28.35 GHz
Receiving: 24.25 – 28.35 GHz
Technical requirements are stated in TS 38.521-2 titled “Third Generation Partnership Project; Technical Specification Group Radio Access Network; NR; User Equipment (UE) conformance specification; Radio transmission and reception; Part 2: Range 2 Standalone (Release 15)” published by the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). Compliance of the equipment with the technical requirements must be evaluated in accordance with the procedures specified in this 3GPP specification.

Description
The Type G electrical plug has three rectangular blades in a triangular pattern and has an incorporated fuse (usually a 3 amps fuse for smaller appliances such as a computer and a 13 amps one for heavy duty appliances such as heaters). British sockets have shutters on the live and neutral contacts so that foreign objects can’t be introduced into them.
Netzspannung
220V
Netzfrequenz
50Hz
Description
The Type D electrical plug has three large round pins in a triangular pattern. Type M plugs are often used alongside Type D plugs for larger appliances and as a result, some sockets work with both Type D and Type M plugs. Type D plugs are rated 5 amps.
